The world of the play doesn’t have an exact time when it’s set. It doesn’t give any hints about time, place, etc. It only focuses on the events that occurred in the past. What I’ve gathered from the text, the play goes into a lot of fictional stories. So we are drawn to different worlds through out the play but still remain in the current unknown setting of the play. I want to keep it this unknown setting to make the play that much more mysterious.
